Elka Brando residential is located in Gonbad Kavus, Iran.In the design of this residential apartment, an attempt has been made to control the light entering the interior by creating brick louvres on the windows, and it creates light and dark shadows inside the interior. Considering the flower boxes on the edge of the terraces provides greenery to the facade of the building.
Also, the placement of louvres on the windows is such that it creates an interesting view both inside and outside for the users.

In choosing the facade materials, it has been tried that all of them are in connection and harmony with each other. For this purpose, brick and wood materials have been used for the facade, and plants have also been used in order to create balance in the facade.
