Elka Vav Residential is located in Fardis, Karaj. The purpose of designing this building was to improve the quality of life and living space in this area. This project is very different from the neighboring buildings in terms of construction and design quality. Among the characteristic features of this building, we can mention its many details.One of these details is the placement and arrangement of shading bricks, which is designed in a new way.
Among the other details of this building, we can mention the wooden louvres, each of them is placed at a certain angle to the other.
